Cross-Cultural Brand Strategy

Brand strategy is a business discipline. Its purpose is to grow revenue. Whether we are defining your position in the market or planning an expansion, the goal is to establish the calm of evidence-based decision making.

How I work

Delivery-based Pricing

01 |

We start with a focused 25-minute consultation to identify your friction points. Following this, you receive a proposal with two options for depth and pace. Once approved, I draft the initial sprint plan.

Evidence Gathering

02 |

I analyze cultural context, behavioral patterns, and competitor gaps to uncover the evidence others overlook. We diagnose the root cause to solve the fundamental problem.

System Construction

03 |

I translate findings into a functional system. We move from abstract ideas to concrete, living deliverables — messaging architectures and workflows.

Validation & Handover

04 |

We pressure-test the strategy against market realities and your internal capacity. You receive the keys to the system and the KPIs to track it, ensuring you are equipped to run independently.

Vital over viral. Respect the nuance, but build for the scale.

THE PHILOSOPHY

I speak the dialect of your creative team.

My approach results from a specific intersection of disciplines. I hold Master’s degrees in Culture Studies and Journalism & Social Communication (with a specialization in Advertising & Publishing Photography).

This combination shapes a multi-lens workflow:

  • As a Journalist: I treat every project as an investigation—digging past surface-level data to locate behavioral truth.

  • As a Photographer: I understand the nuance of visual storytelling—ensuring I brief your designers in a technical language they understand.

  • As a Cultural Researcher: I ensure that a message working in Warsaw translates effectively in New York by adapting the context alongside the words.

Complemented by a deep passion for neuropsychology, I view brand building through the lens of human behavior. I help leaders build environments of psychological safety, fostering the conditions required for high-performance creative work.

THE BACKGROUND

Bridging markets is my daily practice.

I live the cross-cultural expansion I advise. Splitting my life between Warsaw, Poland, and Connecticut, US, keeps my perspective sharp. I navigate the shift between European craft and American scale weekly.

This makes me a practitioner of what I preach regarding operations, too: managing high-performance workflows remotely is how I run my business, and it is how I help you run yours.

THE REALITY

Independent, not alone

Agency depth, boutique agility. While I act as your dedicated strategic lead, I don't work in a bubble. For specialized challenges—like legal expansion or performance marketing—I bring in a trusted circle of manager-level experts. We scale the team to fit your project, ensuring you pay for impact, not overhead.
